Zoya is founding partner of the Barcelona law firm North Legal S.L.P. and has more than 10 years of experience. She specializes in foreign investment in Spain and cross-border litigation. She has extensive experience in setting up and supporting investment projects and new foreign-invested companies in Spain.
Zoya has assisted major international clients to enter the Spanish market, assisting them in choosing the best corporate structure, tax planning and in all legal aspects, including M&A and Joint Ventures.
Thanks to her knowledge of Italian, she assists Italian clients in starting and managing their businesses in Spain and Spanish companies wishing to operate in Italy.
Zoya heads the firm's Eastern Europe Desk. Thanks to her knowledge of Eastern European markets and CIS languages, our firm can support Eastern European clients in establishing their businesses in Italy, as well as Italian clients wishing to establish themselves in that region.
Zoya's work has been recognized in the Best Lawyers Spain Corporate and M&A ranking since 2020.
Zoya regularly participates as speaker and moderator at international conferences. She is an active IBA member, where she has held several leadership positions in the Law Firm Management Committee.
